Skied on new skis and boots (Fischer GS skis) Rossignal boots

Beautiful blue bird day – high of 51

Skied with Bree, Liv and John

Worked on ankle flection, pole plants and NOT bending too forward at the waist

Drills: javelin horns, garlands, wedge turns and just freeskiing
